What is 'VAT'?

Value added tax (VAT) is a sales tax levied on the sale of goods and services.

The current rate of VAT is 20%.

All the prices displayed on our website are in normally shown in pound sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) at the UK rate. We may also include the price excluding VAT on some pages but this will be made clear.

You will not be charged VAT on your order. VAT is automatically removed as you progress through our checkout.

In accordance with UK and EU law, we package our items securely to minimise damage and attach official customs labels filled out correctly to comply with the law. We will not, under any circumstances alter a customs slip or fill it out incorrectly to avoid the payment of any taxes.

Orders sent to the Channel Islands:

VAT will be automatically removed from your order as your proceed through our checkout. Be sure to enter your correct delivery postcode on the delivery options page.

Order sent to a VAT registered business in the EEA:

If you are a VAT registered business, the VAT can be removed form the price. This applies to businesses in the EEA as well as certain other countries where a reciprocal arrangement exists in your own country.
