Heathergems are a uniquely Scottish range both in design and manufacture. The coloured parts of the Heathergems are made from the stems from heather that are cut, dried, dyed, compressed, then cut into shapes before being varnished and added to Sterling silver and pewter jewellery. The way the gems are made means that each piece is unique in colour.

This bangle is made from Sterling silver with a plain polished mirror finish. The bangle is further decorated with a unique heathergem.

Got this bangle as a b/day gift to take to America, it really is lovely and comes in a nice box explaining the history of Hearthergem, l am really pleased.
