Standard delivery (on products totalling £35.00 and over) is FREE

Standard delivery (on products totalling less than £35.00) is £2.50

International Delivery

Standard Non-UK Delivery is £6.50*.

Standard delivery is 5-7 days (excluding weekends).

Note: As we are using 3rd parties to deliver your items (Royal Mail/Parcelforce) we cannot guarantee the delivery times shown above, however in our experience 99% of orders arrive within the time indicated. In the event of a delay we will endeavour to contact the relevant delivery company and resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction - issuing a refund where appropriate. Please note that certain options my be restricted during the festive period.

Tracking An Order

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by logging into Your Account and clicking on "view the orders I have made".

We will be adding the facility to track larger orders (sent with our courier Parcelforce) in the coming weeks.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with every purchase that you make from us. Here you will find full details of our return policy.
 

Do you have to deliver to the card-holders address?

No. You can choose an alternative delivery address when you place your order. We reserve the right to ship your only to the card holders address where the orders is particularly large. In this case we will always contact you and arrange a suitable delivery date.

By logging into Your Account you can add up to 10 delivery addresses to your address book which is ideal for sending gifts to friends and family.
 

Can you deliver my order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to send different parts of your order to separate addresses. You will need to place a separate order for each address you wish to deliver to.
 

I've placed my order - can I change the delivery address?

This will depend largely on the progress of the order through our system. Once your order status has been changed to 'shipped' we are then unable to change the delivery address as the goods are being handled by Royal Mail or our Courier Company.

For security all request for changes of address must be made by calling us during normal working hours. You'll find our contact details here.

 

I live in the Channel Islands - Can you remove VAT?

Yes - this is automatically done when you place your order. Simply enter your correct delivery address during the checkout process and we'll remove the VAT for you.

My delivery is to a BFPO address - Can you remove VAT?
